This position may require relocation.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Motivate, develop, train and drive successful results for at the collision shop
  • Increase sales growth, overall gross profit and percentage, net profit and percentage, and employee retention
  • Communicate and establish long-term and short-term goals to ensure business unit action plans are achieved
  • Establish estimating and sales targets sufficient to meet business objectives 
  • Identify, establish and monitor financial performance goals for the business and individual departments including sales growth, the gross profit on labor, parts, paint & materials, and sublet, overhead expense management, and the management of receivables, inventories, and fixed assets
  • Set standards and develop action plans to facilitate improvement of business performance and standards for quality, customer service and satisfaction, promotional efforts, and employee satisfaction and retention
  • Continually improve the skill level of all personnel by facilitating training opportunities and on-the-job skills enhancement
  • Manage the primary relationships with outside entities including insurers, vendors, major customers, and the community.
  • Direct the repair process to achieve repair quality standards, consistent priorities, and high productivity.
  • Maintain and develop OEM certifications
  • Maintain I-Car Gold certification 
  • Develop processes to improve cycle time
  • 7-10 years of automotive collision repair experience
  • Minimum of five years running one or more collision centers
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Current in industry trends, process, and procedures
  • Exposure to advanced production principles
  • Demonstrated communications skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated project management, presentation, and training skills
  • Proficient in ADP/CDK, Profit Net and CCC1
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
