Coggin Collision Center of Orange Park, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is one of the largest automotive retailers in the country with over 80 stores and over 94 franchises, is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent!

 

Coggin Collision Centers is a leader in collision repair industry. We have been a staple in the community for many years and are known for the high quality of our repairs. Our Orange Park location is looking to expand our team with someone seeking a career in the collision repair industry.  The ideal candidate will have an affinity for the industry, is eager to learn and has aspirations to advance to be an estimator or more.

 

Previous customer service and/or rental car experience required!

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Greet incoming customers & perform vehicle check in
  • Document collision and unrelated damage, gas & mileage and take damage photos
  • Learn and assist in estimating process
  • Educate & communicate with customers regarding vehicle repair & status updates
  • Perform administrative tasks including those relating to the entire claims process
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure vehicle repair process is a positive experience
  • Call prospects and assist in marketing the collision center
  • Fill in for receptionist & assist manager and staff as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (phone/written/oral) and customer service skills
  • Great organizational & effective time management skills
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fact paced high volume environment
  • Be able to maintain a positive attitude & professional demeanor
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Valid FL driver license
  • Be able to pass background and drug screen
  • Be a great team player and contribute to a great work environment
  • Bilingual a plus!
