Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm


**Hourly Plus Commission**

Responsibilities and Qualifications

What are the responsibilities and qualifications of the role?

  • Prep vehicles to remove dirt, oil, grease and debris from painted surfaces
  • Locate and remove imperfections on panels prior to painting. Treat scratched and chipped areas with plastic or liquid filler.
  • Assist with of bumpers and parts as work orders dictate
  • Apply paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as bumpers, windows, chrome trim, and other parts while surrounding areas are spray-painted.
  • Tapes the car up using tape, paper and plastic bags so we only paint the parts of the car we intend to paint. Smooth unmasked surfaces with sandpaper removing gloss from previous coats of paint. Sand rough spots.
  • After vehicle is painted, remove masking tape, and clean vehicle. Move vehicle to designated area for buffing.
  • Wet sand/buff imperfections and scratches on vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., assist supervisor in orienting new employees, perform housekeeping duties, etc.
  • Help Shuttle Vehicles when needed.
  • Maintaining Nalley Quality Standards

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have Strong Attention to Detail
  • Must be able to follow Manufacturer Recommended Procedures
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background and Drug)
