    Ideal candidates are recent college graduates, former-military personnel and motivated individuals with general background in sales, (Ex: mobile phone,electronic sales) customer service, restaurant, grocery, retail,hospitality,real estate, telemarketing,call center, insurance and banking industries.

     

     

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Responsibilities/Qualifications:

    • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Coggin selling process
    • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
    • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
    • Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries
    • Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
    • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
    • Attend sales & product knowledge meetings 
    • Training will be provided
    • Motivation to be successful
    • Great customer service skills
    • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
    • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)
    • Prior sales or retail experience a plus
    • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
    • Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
    • Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
