Crown Honda of Southpoint FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER Opportunity

Serving Raleigh/Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and Burlington, NC 

The F&I Manager plays an integral role in generating income for the dealership by securing each sale and ensuring all information is gathered accurately and quickly.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Execute the Asbury sales process of finance & insurance products to customers
  • Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to build rapport and develop relationships
  • Help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders
  • Meet monthly objectives and goals of the department
  • Adhere to all local and national regulations
  • Collaborate with Sales Management staff to ensure maximum profits
  • Partner with Service Advisors when they turn over customers for warranty information
  • Conduct Desk deals for sales consultants when needed and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
  • Partner and communicate with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives

Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior automotive experience
  • Excellent communication and menu presentation skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP)
  • Solid understanding of tag and title laws; DMV
  • A niche for secondary loan and bankers is a PLUS
