    The ideal candidate will have New/Used Car Sales experience in training and leading a team, along with a strong passion for people, solid knowledge of Automotive, best practices and customer retention strategies.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
    • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
    • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
    • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
    • Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
    • Complete trade appraisals
    • Desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars
    • Work with sales managers on appraisals and lease returns
    • 3-5 yrs of dealership experience preferred
    • Secondary lending proficiency preferred
    • Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
    • Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Auto-Exchange, ADP, Netlook)
    • Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy
    • Facilitate Desk deals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
    • Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
