    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    • Oversee the parts department, retail and wholesale customers
    • Will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying and advertising
    • Manage the parts inventory and track expenses
    • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
    • Work with the service manager and shop foreman to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
    • Attend manager meetings and conduct parts dept. meetings
    • Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts dept.
    • Handle customer complaints
    • Resolving customer complaints
    • Continue to maintain Asbury's value, quality, and integrity
    • Strong customer service skills are a must
    • Detailed oriented and organized
    • Experience with ADP or Reynolds is a plus
    • Must have 3+ years as an Automotive Parts Employee
    • Must have 3+ years as an Automotive Parts Manager
    • Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
    • Must be an investment advisor and profit producer
    • Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
