    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury Selling Process
    • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
    • Answer Internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
    • Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on Internet leads
    • Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
    • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
    • Confirm appointments
    • Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals and cradle to grave style
    • Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
    • Other duties to be determined by management  
    • Motivation to be successful
    • Great customer service skills
    • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
    • Strong computer & phone skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
    • Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, or BDC experience a plus!
    • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
    • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
    • Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
