    The ideal candidate will have experience in training and leading a team, along with a strong passion for people, solid knowledge of automotive sales, best practices and customer retention strategies.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    • Automotive sales experience with 3-4 years in a dealership setting
    • Track record of success in Sales Management, Performance, and Leadership
    • Develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
    • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
    • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
    • Manage desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars, and various aspects of the sales department
    • Take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
    • Collaborate on appraisals and lease returns
    • Execute advanced computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, locates)
    • Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy
    • Partner with local and national vendors as well as manufacturer representatives
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
