    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    • Greet customers inside the dealership and on the lot
    • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
    • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
    • Conduct test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
    • Answer inbound sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
    • Meet daily outbound phone and email quotas
    • Attend sales meetings and presentations
    • Paid Training will be provided

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Motivation to be successful
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Prior sales or retail experience a plus
    • Self-starter and team player
    • Bilingual is a PLUS!
    • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
