    a Call Center Sales Training Manager in Duluth, GA!


    This role requires Automotive Call Center Training Management experience.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The Call Center Sales Training Manager is responsible for the initial and ongoing training of all the sales associates & team leads, ensuring that every sales associate is familiar with Asbury’s policies, procedures, CRM/ILM, and can pass all product knowledge tests.

    • Work with CDZ (Customer Development Zone) Managers and team leaders to ensure the staff is properly trained
    • Set training schedules for each group with the CDZ Managers and team leaders.
    • Assist in hiring and interviewing of all salespeople
    • Attend all manager meetings
    • Maintain when to work schedule online
    • Ensure you are up to date with product information on every franchise
    • Establish a training program for all new people
    • Establish a strong comprehensive, ongoing training program in each Group (approved by Director of CDZ)
    • Assist the Director of CDZ in writing and maintaining training manual
    • Train all the operators and ensure they understand their duties and responsibilities
    • Work with team leaders to develop product guides, pricing and ongoing testing
    • Must have internal training schedules planned 60 days in advance for Agents
    • Work with managers on their product knowledge to ensure they too can pass the tests
    • Conduct routine testing for all groups
    • Work with Director of CDZ to ensure consistent sales practices and systems are in place
    • Work with Director on constant research and development of new and innovative training practices
    • Work with the Director of the CDZ to monitor, create and maintain templates in the ILM and CRM
    • Grade inbound and out bound calls at least once a month

    Whats are the qualifications?

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
    • Maintain valid driver’s license and MVR within company policy requirements
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (drug test and background)
    • 5+ years of BDC/eCommerce leadership experience
    • Direct experience and knowledge in automotive BDC training
    • Excellent phone skills and can effectively develop others in this area
    • Excellent internet lead handling skills and can effectively develop others in this area
    • Good understanding of effective emails from both engagement and spam perspectives
    • Good understanding of product knowledge across multiple automotive manufacturers
    • Ability to take initiative and drive change
    • Proven track record developing said skills
    • Demonstrates ability to manage, motivate others and a team player
    • Positive and professional attitude
