This role requires Automotive Call Center Training Management experience.

The Call Center Sales Training Manager is responsible for the initial and ongoing training of all the sales associates & team leads, ensuring that every sales associate is familiar with Asbury’s policies, procedures, CRM/ILM, and can pass all product knowledge tests.
