The responsibility of a Body Shop CSR is to ensure to meet and exceed customer’s satisfaction throughout the vehicle repair process.
The Body Shop CSR will work hand in hand with assigned Estimator to ensure that all customer’s information is input into the system and the customer /repair is handled effectively and efficiently throughout repair process.
