    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The responsibility of the Fixed Operations Application Admin will work directly with the Parts/Service Manager and IT department to ensure, audit and update in house ticketing systems to update all applications within our framework.

    • Proven ability to program and project and or manage initiatives  
    • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends
    • Collaborate with other departments particularly Fixed Operation, IT and OEMs
    • Must have a solid understanding of service account management, processes and product data relationships
    • Must be comfortable working with large sets of data and pulling data from multiple systems
    • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Must be proficient in DMS applications (Electronic Dispatch, shop tools, and electronic multi-point inspection, X Time)
    • Conduct audits within system and tools
    • Leverage in house ticketing system to update all applications within framework
    • Maintain accurate set ups ,rates and job codes directly related for the service departments
    • Manage plan exception requests and escalate as required
    • Conduct regular reviews of data to ensure accuracy
    • Assist with variety business units including Parts and Service
    • Perform data gathering, modeling, analysis, and tracking of metrics
    • Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, and presents information to for leadership review
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of related automotive business experience required
    • Must be at least eighteen years of age
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
