    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The role of a Digital Advisor is to create, customize and manage the dealerships website including the appearance, functionality, postings,on-line specials and incentives.

    • Complete graphic design abilities via Adobe creative cloud suite
    • Create, change, and manage new, used, parts, and service specials on website
    • Create, change and manage sliders and incentive changes monthly
    • Create, optimize, and build out semantic content pages for SEO value with the direction of regional digital manager
    • Customize every aspect of site functionality, appearance, and have access to advanced composer
    • Work with the GM's to bridge traditional to digital gap from direct mail, television, etc.
    • Troubleshoot any on site pricing, inventory, and plug in programs on the stores behalf
    • Collaborate on SEO optimizations and builds with social media counterparts (i.e. recommendation for on site blog post or Facebook employment campaign driving to targeted landing page on dealers site)
    • Work within tools like Bright Edge to optimize according to rankings and competitor data
    • Report to GM's twice a month on completed and pending projects
    • Create email template communications and HTML 5 layouts for their stores via Elead
    • Utilize project management software called Asana to communicate internally about projects, due dates, etc.
    • Maintain sites on a daily basis
    • Direct knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics in retail automotive is required
    • Firm understanding of social media and how it impacts reputation management and SEO is required
    • Excellent SEO knowledge is a must
    • Well versed in SEM, optimizing campaigns, and findings is a must
    • A strong understanding of various Display tactics, Remarketing and Contextual is highly preferred
    • Knowledge of graphic design, ability to utilize Adobe and other design tools is highly preferred
    • Knowledgeable of YouTube advertisements, optimizations, and uploads preferred
    • Experience with on-line inventory management tools is preferred
    • Ability to take initiative and drive change is a must
    • Proven track record in formulating marketing communications through digital engines and targeting multiple audiences
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills is a must
    • Must be able to manage and motivate others
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
    • Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times 
    • Must be able to work in an open office setting
    • Other duties to be determined by management
    • Must be at least eighteen years of age
    • Must have a valid Driver's License 
    • Must be able to pass pre employment screenings ( background and drug test)
