    Coggin Toyota, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE:ABG), a Fortune 500 public automotive retailer with 80 plus retail locations and 25 collision centers is currently seeking highly motivated Sales Product Specialists! We are looking for a driven, dedicated individual that is excited at the opportunity to join a successful team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.

     

    This will be an hourly + commission based position with high emphasis on customer service and sales.

    This is a great pathway for the commission based sales/Internet sales position!

    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The Primary role of the Sales Product Specialist is to work with customer's who visit the store directly taking them through the initial buying process and partnering with sales advisors for final sale. The Product Sales Specialist builds a portfolio of customers utilizing the customer management database to manage their customer's buying experience and for future repeat business. 

    • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
    • Greet customers upon arrival and demonstrate passion about our brand and products
    • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
    • Exhibit high level commitment to providing best-in-class customer experience
    • Attend sales & product knowledge meetings 
    • Present customers different vehicles models and exhibit a level of expertise about the products
    • Show customers vehicles on lot and know inventory
    • Introduce customers to sales advisor when customer is ready to move forward with purchase
    • Identify product quality points and craftsmanship and inform customers of incentives
    • Must be motivated to be successful
    • Strong computer & phone skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
    • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships is a must
    • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
    • Bi-lingual is a plus!
    • Must be a team player and someone who enjoys engaging with new people everyday
    • Prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
    • Must be at least eighteen of years of age
    • Must have a valid Driver's License 
    • Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug )
