    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The Quality Assurance Analyst will work directly with the CDZ sales team in order to ensure all data is accurate through auditing, researching, and reporting.  Daily activities include, auditing sales, updating reporting, and reviewing phone calls- documenting all findings to the appropriate avenues.


    • Maintain all dealership pricing sheets in real time
    • Assist with CDZ Reporting
    • Keep all call track dashboards clean, ensuring all sales phone ups are logged, and any phone call discrepancies documented and logged
    • Assist with auditing and merging customer profiles within ELead
    • Effectively communicate all findings with the management team
    • Assist with escalating user issues to the appropriate support teams
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Strong ability to learn new concepts quickly
    • Works well in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be knowledgeable with Excel
    • Diligent and detail oriented
    • Self-motivated
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience with sales is a PLUS
    • Previous ELead experience is a PLUS
    • Experience with automotive software Eleads required.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (drug screen & background)
