    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The primary responsibility of the Express Lube Manager is to train, develop and oversee the Entry Level/Quick Lube technicians.

    • Oversee the entry level/quick lube technicians ensuring vehicles are serviced properly in a timely manner
    • Work with the Service Manager and/or Parts Manager as needed to ensure a timely turnaround
    • Attend manager meetings and conduct meetings with staff as needed
    • Motivate, train and develop employees
    • Communicate with customers about maintenance work needed
    • Continue to maintain Asbury’s value, quality, and integrity
    • Strong customer service skills are a must
    • Must be able to manage a team, motivate and develop team members
    • Experience as a technician or good technical aptitude a plus
    • Must have 3+ years experience in an Automotive Service Department
    • Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
    • Must be at least eighteen years of age
    • Must have a valid Drivers License
    • Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (background & drug test)
