    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    The responsibility of a Body Shop CSR is to ensure to meet and exceed customer’s satisfaction throughout the vehicle repair process.

    The Body Shop CSR will work hand in hand with assigned Estimator to ensure that all customer’s information is input into the system and the customer /repair is handled effectively and efficiently throughout repair process.  

    • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner over the phone or in person
    • Record customer information in the appropriate estimating system or management tool for the assigned estimator
    • Inspect vehicles with the customer documenting both related and unrelated damage for repair information including taking 4 corner photos at walk around
    • Write up vehicle completely and accurately documenting customer’s loss information including documenting VIN, License Plate, Mileage, Production Dates, and Fuel levels with pictures that we can properly document vehicle.
    • Write front door estimates as needed and answer any questions that a customer may have about the repair process
    • Establish preferred method of communication and enters into CCC One Update Plus to generate customer survey being sent out
    • Determine customer method of payment and handle insurance checks throughout the repair so that we can ensure all signatures are captured or checks made payable to facility
    • Assist customers with Rental Cars or alternate transportation as needed
    • Generate customer repair order and file jacket documenting the damage to the vehicle both related and unrelated damages
    • Complete file jacket and final QC for vehicle and final delivery
    • Complete file jacket review to ensure all proper documentation in file for proper recording of repair to include: copies of all payments, frame specs, alignment specs, OEM repair procedures, and final QC documentation
    • Complete final billing to A/R keep to a 30 day period, including not letting any vehicle leave facility without securing direction to pay on non-DRP
    • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
    • Must have a valid Driver’s License
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
