Responsibilities and Qualifications

The purpose of the GM Admin is to execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with executives by performing the following duties.

  • Coordinates manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and conference calls
  • Composes routine and complex correspondences including agenda, notices, minutes, resolutions, memos, confidential correspondences, reports, strategic plans, and other documents
  • Coordinates and arranges programs, events, meetings, or conferences by preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, and controlling the budget
  • Coordinates month-end, and quarterly review books
  • Screens manager’s incoming telephone calls and incoming correspondences
  • Arranges travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel related meetings
  • Addresses internal and external client concerns
  • Organizes and maintains file system
  • Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or member
  • Manages complaint resolution process
  • Conducts research, complies and prepares statistical reports
  • Maintains supplies and equipment maintenance
