Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Car Wash position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. In addition, the Car Wash member will clean and sanitize vehicles that have been sold, repaired or brought in for complimentary wash services.

  • Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
  • Wash exterior of vehicle and dress wheels and tires
  • Vacuum interior and trunk
  • Clean all glass components thoroughly
  • Sanitize door handles, steering wheels, center consoles and all seats
  • Maintain cleanliness and fueling of loaner car fleet
  • Operate car wash where available
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and report any issues to supervisor
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
  • Must be atleast eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's License 
  • Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
