The Valet is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Valet will ensure that all clients are greeted promptly and will help to create a warm, friendly environment during their visit. The Valet will be responsible for parking and retrieving service clients' vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet clients
- Escort client to appropriate member
- Park cars in designated areas
- Retrieve cars for clients
- Find and installs license plates
- Notify Assistant Service Manager (ASM) or Estimator if client is waiting
- Keep service drive free of vehicles
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- Alert Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive and make sure it is clear of debris
- Drive clients to requested destination as needed
- Assist clients at the car wash and Express Pay podium
- Help with car wash as needed
- Must be atleast eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's License
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
